By talking openly about wellbeing from a young age, children can learn to better understand their emotions, and feel safe enough to reach out for help when it’s needed. Talking about mental health and expressing our feelings can be difficult, no matter our age, but support and help is available. On this page, we share resources, information and signposting around wellbeing and positive mental health for children and families.
Welcome from our School
Wellbeing Lead -Mrs Rachel Leslie
I work with children from Reception class through to Year 6 on a 1-1 basis in various ways to support wellbeing. This might be around teaching emotions and healthy expression, it might be about communication and friendships, or maybe they are worried about something outside of school. I am here to listen and teach skills to support the development of their personal education.
I also enjoy working with parents by providing advice and support around wellbeing. I am here to support the families of All Saints, not just the children. Please call the office to make an appointment.
Text SHOUT to 85258 - shout is a free, 24/7 text service available to support people of all ages with their mental health and wellbeing.
