All Saints Church of England Primary School is committed to supporting pupils with medical needs and follows the procedures set out in the Department of Health guidelines published in September 2014.

Pupils at school with medical conditions should be supported so that they have full access to education, including school trips and physical education. The following forms are available to parents/carers so that school can appropriately support their child.
